Information systems and ethics

The purpose of this essay is to show some of the fundamental and general connections between information systems and ethics, the problems of operators, keepers and users of that systems. We need tu study the ethical dimension of knowledge, especially in the book form of cultural information, the value of different types of informations. There are problems of the character of the human communication, of the penetrating of the public space and the private space. In this context we must try to make the characterization of the special ethics in the practise on internet. In this attachment we see the issue related to the freedom of the personality and her creation, to the right to information and the title to the protection of privacy, to the pretension to accurancy and the accessiblity of informations, to the phenomenon of the property of intellectual values
