Abstract
The "Askyourlibrary" service is a Czech version of an established regular service in foreign libraries (British "Ask your librarian" or "OCLC QuestionPoint"). Other Czech libraries will provide this service in coordinated cooperative system. The National Library set up, as a platform for this cooperation, new web pages in a special domain, with a distinctive logo, a list of cooperation principles and a public archive of questions.
