The contribution concerns practical functioning of the service "Ptejte se knihovny" ("Ask Your Library"). It will be principally focused on the presentation of the experience from the daily routine of the service – i.e. the structure of questions, processing of the questions, administration, examples of more complicated questions and cooperation of information professionals.
Josef Hrdlička, mgr., graduated from Charles University (philosophy and Czech language and literature), translator, from the year 2003 works in the Reference Centre of the National Library of the Czech Republic.
