Abstract

R.R. Bowker will demonstrate a selection of the key features that have recently been added to Global Books in Print and introduce Syndetic Solutions, the new OPAC catalogue enrichment (cover images, tables of contents, first chapters, book reviews, annotations etc.) to all types of books as well as videos, DVDs, CDs, and audio books.

About the author

Kai-Henning Gerlach runs his own sales and marketing company, representing among others, R.R. Bowker. The Bowker operations focus on the markets of German-speaking, Central and Eastern Europe, and the Middle East. In addition, the company runs worldwide sales activities for a number of publishers and information providers. More than 10 years of job experience in international publishing. Kai-Henning has a Master’s degree in Middle Eastern Studies. Languages: German, English, Arabic.
