- We are sorry but we cannot send a list of conference participants as we
cannot handle the personal data. We can provide you only with detailed statistical records
about the conference participants.
- PPT presentation
- The PPT presentations are required by May 16, 2017.
- Company speaker
- We need his/her name by April 30, 2017 to be included in the printed
- Stand equipment
- If you need detailed information how to send us your equipment please read
- Electronic version of last year’s printed programme
2016 conference programme is available as PDF.
- Times of exhibition set up and breakdown
- Installation of stands will happen on May 30, 2017 from 7:30 to 9:00 AM.
Dismounting of the exhibition: May 31, 2017 afternoon.

- It is possible to collect your boxes at the university (University of

Wednesday afternoon or on Thursday and Friday in Albertina office (Albertina
icome Praha, Stepanska 16, Prague 1, 110 00) from 9 AM – 4 PM Label up all
boxes with your address, please.
