Abstract
As the web grows more social and information content becomes ever more portable, library web sites can maximize the use of such materials through embedding and sharing content. This workshop demonstrates how to embed presentations, images, spreadsheets, lists, videos, RSS feeds, documents, and other information from one site into another.
As Facebook, Twitter, and Google+ continue to grow, make it easy for your web site visitors to Like your page on Facebook, Tweet about the next library event, or share a library resource on Google+. Learn how to use simple scripts to promote library content and build community.
The workshop is organized in cooperation with the Library of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
