Abstract

In the age of modern technologies it is most appropriate to count on the widest possible use of electronic information resources. One of the recently solving issues at the national and also at the international level is the accessibility of information for people with disabilities. It is necessary to apply such general principles to different types of information (web, documents, books, resources, etc.), so it was easy for people with disabilities to get and understand them – in the public service and also in the commercial sector. What is happening at the international level and what is being prepared for us? How to accommodate this issue?
