Abstract

The cooperation of National Library of the Czech Republic with students from Silesian University in Opava (Departments of Information Science, Institute of Computer Science, Faculty of Philosophy and Science) was motivated by an effort to promote their electronic information resources. Students created a project NapNak and worked on video tutorials containing instructions for working in selected databases. NapNak is an acronym for “Manuals for National Library” (Napovedy pro Narodni knihovnu). A contribution offers a little look back at last four semesters of the project, approaching its courses, the tools used for video tutorials creation and methods of publication.
