Abstract
At the moment of writing this abstract, it is not clear whether and how the next support for the purchase of electronic information resources for research and organized. Project OP VVV should have been opened on 2 April, perhaps it will happen in September. In this situation, it is difficult – having no crystal ball – responsibly say what will happen. The presentation tries to devise what we could do until the situation is clearer.

Graduated in electro engineering / computer science in 1965 at CTU, worked as systems programmer, researcher in IT, spiritus agens of automation of the Czech National Library, co-father of the CASLIN project, advocate of integration amd co-operation projects VPK, NUŠL, CPK, since 1997 director of STK, builder of the new building, now NTK
