2. The Editor of an index reviews each record for accuracy; and a second review is performed if corrections were necessary.

3. On-going maintenance of the Wilson Subject & Name Authority files ensures that the seracher will always find all the articles related to his search topic and that company and individual names remain uniform throughout all the Wilson databases.
