Place and Role of Information Technology in Management Systém of Knowledge Corporation

Topic: The transformation of industrial society to knowledge (information) society, in addition to other effects, is characteristic by fundamental change of philosophy paradigm. The logic of development calls for the management of many human activities. The need to manage is felt, no matter that in specific form, not only in manufacturing corporations but in symphonic orchestra, hospital, church, sport club or charitable foundation.
The lecture works vith following hypothesis: the role of IT in management of modern knowledge corporation in essential, but if we do not want, cannot of refuse tu understand them as a part of complex corporate management systém (balance of hard and soft prosperity factors) and as a catalyst of synergy effect (achieving of corporate targets), they can surprisingly act as a strong break factor, and in edge cases, as one of major reasons for failure of corporate management systém.
