Abstract:
There will be presented Subject Gateway Art and Architecture Portal. The Portal provides federative search engine which integrate searching in library catalogues and subscribed e-resources. E-journals lists are another users favorite view on content provided by libraries and they play important role in the portal. The Art and Architecture Portal is integrated with Musica Portal to provide interesting broader services to users. Both Art and Architecture Portal and Musica Portal are operated as a part of Subject Gateways Coordinated Formation project managed by Czech National Library.About author:
Kveta Hartmanova graduated at Faculty of Philosophy and Art at Charles University in Prague. Since 1997 she is working as system librarian at Museum of Decorative Arts in Prague Library. Since 2004 she is leading project Virtual Art Library, since 2007 she is leading Subject Gateway Art and Architecture project. She is Komise knihovníků Asociace muzeí a galerií ČR steering committee member, in 2007 she compile Museum and Gallery Libraries directory.Other papers in this session:
