Abstract
Electronic information resources (EIR) in OPAC. Usage of tools/technologies for integration and authentication (SFX, HAN, Shibboleth). EIR usage evaluation through statistical modules offered by particular EIR providers (COUNTER), eventually usage of licensed (UStat) or freely available applications for statistical measurement (GoogleAnalytics, Webalizer, Awstat).

Jindřiška Pospíšilová is a head of Reference and Interlibrary Loan Services in the National Library of the Czech Republic. She has been involved in projects relevant to user services for several years, main outputs are Uniform Information Gateway, Ask a librarian. Recently she participates in the National Digital Library project.
