CSA Library School Programme RefWorks in CR

The CSA Library School Programme allows to Czech institutions of a higher education an access to the RefWorks. This bibliography management tool can be used by teachers, professionals, students, information workers. RefWorks is a WWW program unit for managing bibliographic data. RefWorks integrates and imports references from all data resources, journals, books, OPACs, www servers. The Programme offers the possibility to create personal databases and format bibliographies and share information via www. This presentation analyses situation in the Czech colleges and universities.

About author:

The author is head of the Information Centre for Librarianship of the National Library of the Czech Republic. She has participated in a number of research and development projects (LI projects, Pulman, Calimera, TEL-ME-MOR), currently cooperates in the project 1N Information Sources for Libraries and Information Science. Her professional interests are bibliographic databases and services and educational activities. In the Higher Professional School of Information Services she creates e-learning courses.
