Registration terms and conditions
Only delegates with valid registration carrying the clearly visible conference name tag are allowed to enter the conference and exhibition premises. A delegate may be substituted by another person from the same institution only on prior written permission from Organiser.
No peddling, hawking, or selling of any kind will be allowed in the conference premises with the exception of special commercial license obtained from the Organiser (included automatically for exhibitors and sponsors).
Fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, admission to the exhibition, use of technical facilities and invitation card for evening party (on the basis of online registration).
Register and realize payment until May 4, 2018 for the early bird discount. If your registration form and/or payment are received after May 4, 2018, the late fee will be charged automatically.
Methods of payment
Every participant will receive a proforma invoice via e-mail immediately after the online registration, and an invoice after the payment is done. The required method of payment is bank transfer. Any bank fees are responsibility of the customer (participant).
Refunds and cancellation policy
If participation is cancelled in writing before May 9, 2018 the paid amount will be refunded minus a 25 % cancellation fee. After this deadline has passed, no refunds will be issued. Refunds will be made after the conference. We are happy to accept replacement participants without any additional charges.
Selling products of any kind in the conference and exhibition premises is strictly prohibited with the exception of exhibitors and sponsors and holders of a special commercial license obtained from the Organiser. If a delegate should violate this prohibition without authorization, he/she may lose their registration without any compensation and be required to leave the conference and exhibition premises immediately.
Commercial license authorizes licensees to sell products and services related only to the main focus of the conference, i.e. professional information resources and tools that enable their effective usage.
Commercial license fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, admission to the exhibition, use of technical facilities and invitation card for the evening party. Commercial license fee does not include a claim on exhibition space, insertion of materials or company presentation in the programme.
