Selling products of any kind in the conference and exhibition premises is strictly prohibited with the exception of exhibitors and sponsors and holders of a special commercial license obtained from the Organiser. If a delegate should violate this prohibition without authorization, he/she may lose their registration without any compensation and be required to leave the conference and exhibition premises immediately.
Commercial license authorizes licensees to sell products and services related only to the main focus of the conference, i.e. professional information resources and tools that enable their effective usage.
Commercial license fee includes admission to all conference sessions, conference materials, refreshments during coffee breaks, lunches, admission to the exhibition, use of technical facilities and invitation card for the evening party.
