The session will provide an introduction to the tools and services that can help you and your researchers respond to the global challenges of a successful research organisation. The recently formed RefWorks-COS business unit provides tools, data and support for every phase of research, from vetting the first hypothesis to obtaining funding, collaborating and getting published.
