Abstract:

As library budgets are under increasingly high pressure to ensure greater return from investments in electronic resources, the library needs to be able to accurately and efficiently assess which resources are being used.  Serials Solutions 360 COUNTER uses the COUNTER reporting standard to provide this information quickly, easily and can incorporate resource cost.  This ensures no matter what pressure the budget is under, the library has to tools to make informed decisions.
