    This session discusses the business competencies necessary for marketing yourself and your Information Centre, using the marketing principles of Packaging, Promoting and Persuading. It offers a clearer understanding of these "3 Ps", as well as the basics of a marketing plan for your service delivery. The workshop will be held in English (translation facilities will be available).

    The workshop will be led by Mrs. Liz Blankson-Hemans, Director of the department Information Professional Development, Dialog, a Thomson business.
